very nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff. the hotel is right in the center of the town, what makes it very convinient the rooms are very pretty and worth the price the manger Sarit is very professional and kind very recommended to singles and to families. i will be back for sure!

The proximity to sea side It has a jacuzzi It is clean enough.

It is not a dislike as such but rather a suggestion. It can do with incorporating breakfast.

Close to transportation access

Dirty, no staff available, poor condition. No hot water- lukewarm only for showering!

The best part of it is the central location in the middle of the city and ancient roman town, very close to the cafes and shopping. 5 minutes by bus to the famous Mineral Spa, very convenient. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The place needs a renovation and it is in the middle of this process right now. Hope next time it will look better. Still, it is cheep and convenient for those without big expectations, mostly for Young travelers, seeking to explore the region, to learn the remarkable history of the place.

I do not like the impersonality of chain hotels. I always look for a friendly, clean and comfortble placein the center, yet of the beat'n track- I look for gentility and a warm athmosphere - I look for privacy in the midst of everything and I found it here. Close to everything, but quite and friendly, very comfortable,- impressive real wood furniture and a wonderful jacuzzi - the rooms are big and inviteing, clean and the athmosphere is homey - its a great place which I can easily recommend and will certainly goback to again.

Nice, large TV with good cable ("Hot" cable), with a few shows in English. The bed was large and quite clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. Furniture looks modern and nice from a distance, but as mentioned below, the general finishing of painting and tiling was not done well.

Overall, we were quite disappointed. It seemed quite expensive for what we got. Breakfast was not included in the price. This was not clear when booking. We asked for a non-smoking room, but people had obviously smoked previously in the room, as there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom and when the air-conditioner was put on, it smelt of cigarette smoke. The jacuzzi had handles that were made of black rubber and these were breaking off and pieces coming off into the bath. There was no hot water. When we reported this, the staff went to turn something on and said it would heat up in 10 mins. We checked again in 45 minutes and it was warmer, but still not hot. We ended up using the electric kettle in the room to allow us to have hot water. General finishing of the room was not good - a half-hearted job was done in painting, tiling etc.

Bed was comfortable

The state of the hotel was nothing like the advertising. In our room there was no tv. When checking out no one to be found so had to leave keys by door of locked office.

I wouldnt recommend it to anyone and was very disappointed

We were appalled when we arrived we found the room was really dirty and it smelt of sewerage. When we asked for our money back they were very rude. I DO NOT recommend staying there ......it was horrible..we left and went somewhere else !

The hotel is being constructed. There were extensive leaks of water from rainfall in the corridor and what work had been completed was poor. The one member of staff we met tried very hard to accommodate us.

Location, even though very noisy, is central.

Poorly managed and delapidated. It is below "no star" rating for its old section where I stayed. Its newer wing may be worth the money but not its old wing. It is way over priced for a "dive".

Clean and comfortable we had a good nights sleep. WI Fi available and had air conditioning. A sauna + massage rooms and large Hot Tub area was available if you had time to use, it probably at extra cost.

The general maintenance to items in the bathroom and external were poor. Alot of what looked like DIY work with tiling painting etc which gave it a shabby look but for the price and just to lay the head down for a night it was grand.
